The animation first starts with a clear blue color frame.
Slowly, orange squares begin to taint the clear blue color.
Multiples of 3 squares appear on each composition. They increase in rate as the progression continues.
The outer most layer is the first layer to develop.
The idea behind this design is to create a water like effect. The blue color represents Dr. Jekyl's ideals of perfection. The orange represents his obsession as he slowly loses control. Essentially, the orange represents Mr. Hyde. The progression starts off slow as the drops of orange begin to increase in number and speed. The end result is a maze-like design with a almost distorted aquatic appearance.
