Motion Designer

Manija Emran is a graphic and motion designer based in Los Angeles.

Manija was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and raised in Essen, Germany.

She studied and worked in Montreal before working with designers and in studios all around the world. She worked with print designer Vince Frost and Thomas Mans in London. She also work in typography with Phillippe and poster design in Paris with Pascal Colrat. Even did branding at VSA Partners in New York. The Mill on Los Angeles gave her all the skills into motion and title design.

She created work for awarding Oscar winning film and the Oscar’s themselves.

She has made handmade type and design for title sequences such as Rango, Robin Hood, London Boulevard, Bad Teacher, The Help, Fright Night,Snow White and the Huntsman, The Lone Ranger, Manhunt, and We Are The Giant.
