This is the secret area that Frank first used to go to Tomorrowland; the dark atmosphere gives a mysterious feeling, and it is the first scene where the audience sees technology that is from the future.
Frank arrived in Tomorrowland and meets up with Athena. The futuristic city landscape, blue sky, and shining sun emphasizes the concept of hope.
Casey transports to the field in Tomorrowland using the pin Athena gave her and is amazed by this world, accentuating future and hope again.

Athena is saving Casey from evil audio-animatronics (robots who look like humans), stopping their lasers from shooting her temporarily.

Artists, scientists, and people who are chosen from our world transport to Tomorrowland to create inventions and prevent destruction and give hope.
The movie is about a girl named Casey Newton who finds a pin that could transport her to “Tomorrowland,” a world from a different dimension and the ideal future. After being in Tomorrowland for a short time, the pin runs out of power. Casey tries to find another pin, and on her way, she almost got killed by robots. She is saved by Athena, the one who indirectly gave her the pin. To get to Tomorrowland, Athena takes Casey to Frank Walker’s house. Frank is a 40s-50s year old former inventor; he discovered that the world is in danger but has given up saving it until he met Casey. They go to Tomorrowland and work together to save their world’s future.
The contrasting themes of hope and destruction are constantly depicted throughout the movie. Blue skies, a field of grass, and a city filled with advanced technology made up Tomorrowland, this “perfect” world. Bright colors and lights are also prominently used in the film to signify hopes and dreams. Even though the mood is dark in some scenes (disaster in the future), the idea that anything can happen and that the world could be saved outshines it. The characters are also opposites: Casey is curious and positive while Frank was pessimistic and giving up easily before he was influenced by Casey.
In the film, blue represents intelligence, the future, and developed technology. At the beginning, flashbacks of the past show old-fashioned clothing (1960’s), but quickly switched to a different world, “Tomorrowland,” with flying trains, jet-packs, etc. Moreover, there are many moments of fast movements in the movie, such as transporting to Tomorrowland instantly and the rockets launching.

My title sequence has a space background at the beginning because Tomorrowland is a separate world from Earth. The title "TOMORROWLAND" glows to represent hope (a prominent theme in the movie) and advanced technology. Then, lines appear and extend to the center; Tomorrowland is connected to Earth. Next, the lines shorten to form a 3D cube and turns 2D, representing the different dimensions of Tomorrowland and Earth. It rotates quickly like teleporting. The blue sky is accentuating the utopian aspect of Tomorrowland, and the clouds get darker as a representation of destruction (another theme shown in the movie). My title sequence also switches back and forth between 3D and 2D using the movement of the camera.
